- Q: Why is my order taking so long to process?
A: Due to COVID-19, orders are taking a little longer to process and some packages may be delayed. Please know that we are working as quickly–and safely–as possible to fulfill orders. Once your order ships, you can expect your package to arrive within 4-10 business days. Thanks for understanding.
- Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
A: When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.
We are currently experiencing extreme order volume. Please allow 24-48hrs for email response, we are working as fast as we can.
Also please expect over a 1 week lead time before we can ship your order as they’re process in the order they are received. Additionally, USPS is also experiencing delays.
