The Simply Curly Wrap Around Pony is a way to instantly create a beautiful,long,thick ponytail that looks as natural as your own! The pony is approximately 20 inch long for curly and 22 inch long for straight. It is made with revolutionary heat friendly synthetic fiber that moves and feels like real hair and can be styled with heat tools up to 270 degrees Fahrenheit. The Curly Body Wave style has precision salon inspired layers, and is perfect for every occasion. This Wrap Around Ponytail has a unique attachment which consists of a small comb that slides in between your hair and ponytail holder, then a pre-designated strip of hair wraps around and secures with velcro to completely conceal where the ponytail meets your own hair. To secure the section of hair you simply add a bobby pin, the result is a beautiful ponytail that no one will guess isn't yours!

Wrap Around Pony Apply instructions:
Step 1: Brush your hair into a ponytail and secure with an elastic band.
Step 2: Slip straight comb under the rubber band. Tip: The teeth should be pointing back (not straight down).
Step 3: Wrap base around ponytail. Wrap side section of hair around your ponytail, concealing the elastic and secure with a bobby pin (or two).
care instruction:
Be sure to always detangle your synthetic hair using a comb or brush that won’t damage synthetic hair
Gently add a synthetic safe shampoo to the hair and use cool - never hot - water.
Remember! When styling heat friendly synthetic fiber use a heat tool with an adjustable setting and never exceed 270 degrees Fahrenheit.

All orders are shipped via USPS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Please allow 2-7 Business Days After orders have been shipped for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address on your order we are not responsible for lost packages if you do not email us immediately.
If your order is stating billing discrepancy (different zip code for shipping & billing) it may result in delays.
Coquette Hair Studio is not responsable for any products lost/stolen or any packages that have been marked as delivered!
International Orders:
We do offer International shipping. Please allow 6 - 15 business days to receive orders. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Once your item has been shipped you will receive tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country or for any orders lost in transit.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Returned within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor, Tag intact.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Coquette Hair Studio and for re-shipping for exchanges.
Exchange Processing time: Once we have received your package, your exchanged will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately via email.
We will only exchange an item if it arrives Damaged
Refunds:
Coquette Hair Studio does not currently offer refunds. All orders are FINAL SALE.
